At new in May 1995, this 1396cc Rover 214 SI was initially registered to the main dealer, before being sold to a family where it has remained in their ownership, with three family members recorded as keepers since the original purchase. It has been Waxoyled and also dry-stored from 2013 to 2018. The mileage of 53, 838 is believed genuine and supported by the huge history file, and the car's MOT recorded mileages.
The Rover runs well, and is simply a pleasure to drive. Recent work carried out includes the cambelt, tensioner and steering belt in August 2018. Two rear wheel cylinders, brake shoes, front disc pads and two rear brake pipes were fitted in September 2022, and there was an oil and filter change in December 2022.
There is a huge amount of paperwork accompanying the vehicle which includes the V5C, MOT certificates from 1998 to 2012 and then 2018 to 2022 and invoices from throughout its life. There's also the original book pack and folder plus 2 sets of keys and remote.
