1970 (H) MGB GT in Red with Black Interior. 1. 8 manual. Tax & MOT Exempt.
Full restoration included a full respray, bodywork repairs, new door/ window/ rear hatch seals, rebuilt carburettors, new rear suspension, brakes, alternator, new inertia reel seatbelts, new steering wheel, new clutch master cylinder, fresh underseal etc etc.
Original chromed rostyle wheels with recent tyres. More desirable ‘fish mouth’ grille, alloy bonnet, polished rocker cover. Full length Webasto style roof which is in great condition without the shrunken or split cover that many of these cars suffer from.
Previously the vehicle was restored in the mid 1990’s and then it has been stored for a number of years so mileage of 45k miles is believed to be genuine. Some recent history.
The car starts easily and runs and drives well. Oil pressure is fine and no overheating has been experienced. All chromework is original.
