Description
1974 Honda CB750 Four K2
Registration Number: FRN423M
A beautifully presented example of Honda's seminal & ground breaking machine. This example is finished in unmarked candy ruby red & has covered just 18, 000 miles from new.
This Motorcyle is in simply superb condition garged from new & not having seen rain or winter conditions. It comes to us from a collection of equally pristine Motorcycles & cars.
The engine fires up instantly once fuel is turned on & the choke lever employed. It settles down to an even idle & is simply a pleasure to ride. The gear box is smooth & super easy to use in the usual Honda fashion. The engine pulls strongly in all gears providing spirited perfomance for a motorcycle of that era.
THe motorcycle represents classic Japanese riding at its finest & is really in amazing time warp preserved conditon. Not having ridden one of these before I was amzed at how easy it is to ride, being very user friendly & with great nimble handling. The combination of the 4 cylinder SOHC in line engine & front Disc brake, a first on a production bike sounded the death knell for the British motorcycle industry at the time & riding one of these up aginst comtemporary other manufacturers offerings can make you se why.
