This beautiful Alvis was subject to a body off restoration in 1989. The engine has been uprated to a 3. 5 Litre Speed 25 engine. Work has been done throughout the years since then to keep the Alvis a beautiful driver.
The original speed 20 engine was replaced by a speed 25 SC engine 3571cc and ancillaries with twin exhaust manifolds. A Kenlowe electric fan has been fitted as well as a modern coil, and ignition system.
All upholstery, widescreens, tonneau, hood and carpeting renewed to original design using old patterns. New walnut dashboard has been fitted.
This Alvis was subject to a body off restoration in 1989-1992. Full details of all work done and recorded on invoices totaling over 40, 000. All work is backed up by detailed invoices and photos. All invoices and service done since the restoration has been kept and is with the car. A truly well documented Alvis.
