Vehicle history:
This Porsche 356 Carrera 2 was delivered on 8 February 1963 through the dealer Kahrmann in Fulda to its purchaser, Dr. med. Erich Scheers in Eschwege. The Porsche was then, as it remains today, ordered in Ivory with a red interior, 2 Schlummerrollenbeschlägen, a Blaupunkt Berlin radio with 2 speakers and a Hirschmann antenna. Today the handsome Carrera features a Webasto auxiliary heater. An old German vehicle registration document, with 4 registered owners, confirms that the last owner had possessed the Porsche for 40 years. The current owner purchased this car in 2018 and had it comprehensively and meticulously restored by one of the most renowned experts on Königswellenmotoren, Peter Iverson in Denmark. Many photos document the work. After completion, this Carrera 2 was driven for only about 15, 000 kilometres with great enjoyment. Even today this 356 presents itself with almost 150 hp in excellent overall condition.
