Jaguar D-Type RAM replica originally built by Roy Carr in the UK and imported to South Africa in the 1970’s. 4. 2 litre, dry sump engine fitted with Weber 48’s, genuine Dunlop rims and a current HTP (Historic Technical Passport – issued by the FIA and certifying that a vehicle is eligible and correctly classified for International historic motor sport events). Lots of race history and a fast car - see pictures of it being raced here in South Africa. The engine was built locally by Peter Grove and develops 350 BHP when fully specced and running race fuel.
