Recent work carried out:
- 4 new Falken ZE914 tyres fitted just 3000 miles ago (as recommended by MG Motor UK), tyres filled with Nitrogen for optimum longevity/ efficiency,
- Tracking also adjusted by laser on fitment of tyres,
- Brand new hood with heated, glass screen fitted just 2000 miles ago,
- Front wipers changed to ultra-silent flat blade type, windscreen washers also modified to mist type for optimum cleaning,
- Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited bulbs fitted to dipped, main and fog lights, LED sidelights fitted to match,
- Lexus style rear lights fitted 1000 miles ago
Genuinely a fantastic little car to drive. Being low, mid-engined and rear wheel drive is very enjoyable.
Genuine very low mileage (53, 360 miles), MOT’s and FSH to prove. HPI clear.
10 months MOT is included, only one minor advisory on the last MOT. Full Service History, last serviced at 50K with genuine MGR parts and Magnatec oil.
Over £1000 spent at 40, 000 miles to replace head-gasket with uprated multi-layer type, cambelt and water pump.
Another bonus with the 80th Anniversary TF is that it is now classic car status, which means it is very cheap to insure against any other TF edition or sports car for that matter (even for under 21 year olds).
As can be seen from the pictures, this car is in excellent condition and has had no expense spared. As to be expected, there are a couple of minor, age related marks. I am part of the South East MG owners club and this car has always been kept immaculately clean using Autoglym products. Genuine reason for sale, I now have a company car and I simply cannot justify this sitting in a garage and only getting used at the weekend.
