Collector selling a very rare Opel Ascona C GT 2. 0i from 13/ 05/ 1988.
This car is equipped with the 130 bhp engine, it is very rare in this specification, especially as a 2-door coupe.
Owned for over 23 years.
It has never been in an accident, all bodywork panels are original. Extraordinary engine, torquey, powerful, solid.
Numerous recent expenses (new parts):
Distribution belt, auxiliary belt, spark plugs, engine and gearbox oil change, air filters, oil filters, fuel filters, electric fuel pump, all brakes are new, namely rear drums, complete rear kit, handbrake cables, discs, callipers, brake pads and flexible brake lines.
Complete brake system flush with Motul RBF600 competition fluid.
All fuel hoses are new, entire exhaust system is new. Rear TRW dampers also new. 4 new Nankang NS2R tyres fitted on 15-inch Opel wheels. These tyres have transformed the car's handling, particularly in traction.
The car is very sound underneath.
Recaro upholstery is in good condition, except for some missing fabric on the left side of the driver's seat. Car equipped with electric windows and central locking.
Yellow Koni Sport suspension.
Recent paint job (except roof and boot which are original), very nice.
It's a car in fine condition, reliable, on which numerous works have been carried out, it is performance-oriented and very pleasant to drive.
