Matching-numbers engine and gearbox, with the corresponding mechanical fuel injection pump. Original colour and specification documented by Porsche. Porsche certificate of authenticity, Kardex and recent expert appraisal. THE PORSCHE 911 E. Within the early 911 range, the Porsche 911 E sat between the T and S models. Its 2. 0-litre flat-six, fitted with Bosch mechanical fuel injection, offered an appealing balance of performance, refinement and everyday usability. Today, these early 911s are particularly prized for their compact proportions, their direct handling and their characterful period specification. THIS 911 E. This 1969 Porsche 911 E Coupé is distinguished by a particularly appealing combination of original colours: Olive Green bodywork paired with a beige leatherette interior. Both discreet and distinctive, this pairing perfectly reflects the character of the early 911 and is rarely seen today. Originally delivered in the United States, the car arrived in Belgium in 2015, where a complete restoration was undertaken shortly afterwards. The bodywork proved an excellent starting point, requiring very little welding. The restoration was then carried out root and branch, without compromise and regardless of cost, covering the bodywork and paint, the interior, the engine, the gearbox, the mechanical injection system and the associated mechanical components. The bodywork and new paint in the original Olive Green shade were entrusted to the body shop run by the owner's brother. The entire interior was renewed by Lakewell, a renowned specialist in Porsche interiors. The engine, gearbox and mechanical injection system were entrusted to BMP, a respected Porsche specialist known for its engine expertise, now retired. The result is a fully restored example that retains its original colour combination and specification. The original tinted windows and the period radio remain in place, a detail much appreciated that reinforces the car's authentic character. Mechanically, the car retains its matching-numbers engine and gearbox, along with its corresponding mechanical injection pump. Restoration invoices document the work carried out, while subsequent servicing and roadworthiness inspections are supported by invoices from reputable establishments such as Porsche Centre and RSC Automobile. Since the restoration was completed, the 911 E has remained in its owner's private collection and has only been used very occasionally. According to the owner, it has never been driven in the rain or in poor weather conditions. The car is supplied with its Porsche certificate of authenticity and its Kardex, which document its original factory configuration. In 2021, a recognised Belgian motor expert valued it for insurance purposes at €155, 000. With its rare Olive Green and beige combination, its complete restoration carried out by renowned specialists, its matching-numbers mechanical components, its original tinted windows and its particularly comprehensive documentation file, this 1969 Porsche 911 E Coupé represents a highly appealing example of the early fuel-injected 911s. The car is currently registered in Belgium and is being offered for sale on behalf of our client.
