The Appeal
For many, the E30 remains the definitive M3. A motorsport icon, developed specifically for homologation in touring car racing, it dominated throughout the late 1980s. It was the very first-generation M3 that featured the legendary S14 four-cylinder engine, distinctive box flared arches, and represented the purest expression of BMW's Motorsport division from this era.
This 1987 example stands out for its immensely desirable specification, being a non-catalysed version without a sunroof, finished in its original white exterior with black interior.
The current owner reports that the M3 drives really well. The wheels have been recently refurbished, enhancing the overall presentation of this iconic homologation special.
