The 1968 E Type 2+2 coupe was imported from Kentucky, USA 2 years ago to the UK.
All numbers match in accordance with its heritage certificate.
Since then it has undergone total strip down renovation.
The body shell underwent replacement & repair to the nearside floor footwell, nearside rear light area & bonnet hinge frame section.
All suspension, front & rear axles were removed cleaned, replaced or renovated & painted where required, as were the front wheels.
All hydraulic pipes, brakes removed, repaired & renovated as was the interior & dashboard. All the wiring loom was removed, as was the tank.
The bodywork was totally refinished & painted in accordance with its original specifications & colour. Following this, the vehicle was then reassembled and all axles & suspension was repaired, renovated & replaced. All of the wiring loom was replaced with new, as was the dashboard, modifying the vehicle to a right hand drive specification.
Lighting was changed to new right hand drive units as was all indicator & side lights.
New bumpers & exhaust system was changed to new stainless steel units, with new enamelled exhaust manifolds. The twin Stromberg carburettor fuel feed system was replaced with triple SU carburettors, as per original specification increasing the 4. 2 engine’s horse power.

The car completed has been UK registered but not been used & is offered for sale to a new owner to enjoy.
