Description
Please take a look at this nice old Ford Truck.
When you look for trucks seemingly, half the battle is finding one that you like--------then hoping the price is fair, the truck is complete, or that everything works. I believe THIS is that truck that hits all the high points.
This is a 2-owner 1977 F100 Ranger Stepside truck with 99k original miles.
The current owner rebuilt the engine and had the truck painted 15 years ago and has kept it very nice--------no rust, no collision, no abuse.
It's optioned with 351 Modified V8 (not the "Cleveland", not the "Windsor")-------but starts easy, runs well with no known issues.
Transmission is automatic, shifts thru all detents as it should.
Truck has newer Magnaflow Exhaust with a great rumble to it. Nothing obnoxious.
New Battery.
The truck is solid/ rust free and I've tried to show that with all the photos.
Options: PS, PB, Automatic, Factory AC (needs charged/ updated), AM/ FM/ Cass.
Body is straight and the paint is beautiful with no known issues. The paint looks to be a mile deep for its merits. Except for the windshield, all the trim was removed for paint.
All trim and bright work are exceptional. No missing parts. No rust. No Damage.
Glass has 2 small stone bruises in it-------just enough to give it some character.
Interior is impressive------no worn/ torn seat, dash is not split, steering wheel is not broken. Carpet appears to be new/ replaced with a protective vinyl floor mat to keep it that way.
Aftermarket Cassette player (Sanyo) works great!
Tires are newer. No Damage/ curb scrape to any wheels. Spare is like new.
Wood bed is in great shape with no issues.
Engine bay is clean, but can use some detailing for a truck that is driven and enjoyed. Original Jack still situated on the left apron. Aprons are not rusted away.
Truck has a hitch on the back if needed.
The AC fittings are new, but AC needs to be charged/ upgraded. There is a slow mild oil leak if the truck is left long enough to sit.
With prices all over the radar for nicer examples, I think this is reasonably priced at $22k (U. S.) obo please. No trades.

This is a truck that has plenty of life left in it for its next owner needing little to nothing to just enjoy it as is. I invite you to find a better truck for the price.......... this is a pretty good one that I'm certain you will enjoy.
