Silver Belle has an easy to operate pop top that opens to a double bed and the back converts into another bed, and if needed an additional tent can be supplied. The back of Silver Belle has a seating / living area and the pop top allows enough room to stand up. Back and side awnings provide plenty of shelter from the elements. You can choose to go ‘off grid’ with the leisure battery or there is an electric hook up if you want to stop over at campsites. In true Land Rover style there is a simple ‘retro’ entertainment system (dig out those CDs) and USB ports are also available.

The van will be kitted out for all your camping needs from gas burners to wine glasses and books (a full kit list will be provided on booking). Insurance and breakdown cover are included for your complete piece of mind. All you need with the fun and simplicity of a defender.

Collection is made close to Junction 26 on the M5, on the Devon / Somerset border. You can leave your car safely with us or, if you want to arrive by public transport, we can arrange to meet you and bring you to Silver Belle with adequate notice. From here you have a great opportunity to explore Dartmoor, Exmoor, Devon, Dorset and Cornwall and all they have to offer.

Driving a defender is an unforgettable experience, it’s not just about the destination but the journey! She loves country lanes over motorways but will comfortably cruise between 60-70mph on the motorway.
