1985 Land Rover 90 Defender with full Puma styling.
Beautiful machine and genuine reason forces sale. Due to a home move, I no longer have garage space or anywhere secure to park.
This defender was restored a few years ago and I have just had the engine fully rebuilt (top and bottom rebuild), finished engine build 2022 Jan with receipts from specialist builder. In Nov 2021 I had a new LT77 gearbox and L230 Transfer box from Beaumonts in Halifax, like new now. The parts and fitting are still under warranty. I also got preventative maintenance down and had the injectors stripped, new thermostat and starter motor. I also added poly bushes and new trailing arm bushes.
The truck has part leather seats like new, wipac LEDs, Bluetooth system, reversing camera, custom middle box, farm jack and ex moor mats. I also have a tow bar to come with it.
There is a millage discrepancy due to the previous owner MOTing the car with the replacement 200tdi and cluster, however, I’ve had the whole engine rebuilt and the car is in beautiful condition. The bodywork is very straight with a great canopy. There are a few bubbling bits of paint on the doors but limited for the vehicle age, see photo. I believe it’s had a chassis replacement but no paperwork.
This is a stunning motor and I’ll be sorry to see her go. I’m not bothered about a quick sale as I’ve rented a lock up for a few months.
