1965 Jaguar E-Type 4, 2 litre Fixed head Coupe series 1 , November 1965
This FHC left the Jaguar factory in a Red over Black colour combo. Now it features a stunning Opalescent Silver Grey exterior with a dark red interior.
This series one build in November 1965, is a specimen of the second series one model with the 4, 2 litre engine and the full synchro gearbox.
The car was imported in the Netherlands in November 1989.
The first Dutch owner started the restoration with enthousiasm but after some time the car was ‘forgotten’
The second Dutch owner finished the car and completed it in a 3. 8 style with bucket seats, aluminum dash and midconsole. A complete repaint was done a few years ago and the technical part was recently adressed.
The new interior came from BAS international UK.
The E-Type comes with a JDHT Cerificate and a Dutch registration.
