The bodywork is first class, with well fitting panels including the original steel bonnet, all recently repainted to a superb standard.
The interior has been fully reupholstered and the hood and full tonneau are new.
First rebuilt a few years ago to a good standard, the car was fitted with a 1275cc engine with Mini Cooper head, which greatly enhances performance. A great drive, with good oil pressure, no over-heating, nice gearbox, refurbished back axle with 3. 9 diff, good brakes – everything just as it should be.
Ongoing maintenance has been carried out religiously. Recent full service, new pads and trunnions, four new Uniroyals, new steering rack and tie rod ends. It has been converted to negative earth and alternator. The engine was rebuilt 25, 000 miles ago (2011) and the gearbox, in 2018.
Comes with MOT to 17 April 2024, V5C, original logbook, invoices etc.
