1937 Packard 120-COUPE Convertible Coupe
This 1937 Packard 120 Convertible Coupe has a thorough and accurate restoration from the ground up about 25 years ago. Today, the vehicle remains in excellent condition, restored, with frequent use at various classic car shows and events, it has been continuously maintained, there is one person in charge exclusively of this car among others in the same collection, as I said it is used regularly and has been stored in a climate controlled building since the restoration was completed. The vehicle has been displayed at numerous recent concours, The door and trunk lid margins are uniform throughout. The hood fits the cowl and radiator housing as it is supposed to. The paint is like new and shows virtually no signs of aging or wear. The manor leather interior matches the exterior color, The engine compartment and chassis are very clean and well detailed. The dash has been properly restored and the gauges look like new. Mechanically, the car is excellent. It starts easily both cold and hot. The 120 horsepower/ 282 CID eight-cylinder engine is quiet and smooth. The clutch is smooth and the transmission shifts easily. The brakes and steering are firm and responsive. The car drives down the road in a straight line with no creaks, rattles or groans. This car was restored properly and looks new inside and out. The overall fit and finish is excellent. The car sits well and looks great from all angles. It has been driven about 7000 miles since the restoration was completed, periodic inspections are passed with flying colors, and it is ready to be driven for many more miles.
