This BMW M1 was delivered to the BMW dealership Fuß in Baden-Baden in July 1980.
It is one of 98 BMW M1s that were delivered in the paint color "Orange".
However, the previous owner had the car painted in BMW's "Diamond Black Metallic" color in the 1980s, as he already owned an orange M1.
The vehicle also features extremely rare sports seats, which could be ordered from BMW at the time, as well as an original M1-Procar rear wing.
From 1988 to 2011, the car was continuously owned by the same person in Munich.
In 2011, it was sold to its most recent owner with an original 16, 884 km on the odometer.
Before delivery, a very thorough inspection was carried out by a true M1 specialist. This inspection lasted over eight weeks, and the vehicle still benefits from the work performed at that time.
Today, with only 18, 140 km on the odometer, the car is in a condition similar to that of a one-year-old car.
A major inspection was carried out again in September 2025. Among other things, the valve cover gasket was replaced and all fluids were changed.
