The paintwork is today in good presentational condition, showing an even shade as well as excellent gloss. After professional orbital polishing carried out by our workshop, we noted the presence of small paint chips corrected on the front bonnet, as well as a small knock on the left front wing upright. The graduated windscreen and the tinted windows in colour “Green” are in good condition. The chromed front bumpers are perfectly aligned and in good condition. The front bumper overriders show a few small dents. The 4 chromed wire wheels in 15” and their chromed Knock off wheels are in good condition. The whole car is fitted with 4 VREDESTEIN Classic tyres. These show less than 10% wear at the front and at the rear. This example has retained its original spare wheel and the original Knock off key. Among the interesting options and “exterior” equipment fitted to this example we noted: The graduated windscreen and the tinted windows in colour “Green”. Interior: The interior has retained its strict original specification (Matching colour / JAGUAR Heritage Trust available) and appears in excellent presentational condition. The “Black” simulated leather upholstery and matching piping are in excellent condition, with no signs of snagging, wear or fading. The “Black” simulated leather door cards are in good condition, with no signs of stretching or fading. The dashboard as well as its “Black” simulated leather dash top are in good condition. The central leather armrest with integrated storage pocket is also in good condition. The complete original SMITHS dashboard instrumentation is perfectly functional, except for the SMITHS clock. The original air conditioning is not functional, nor is the heater ventilation. The period MOTOROLA radio is perfectly functional. The original 3-spoke wooden steering wheel is in perfect condition. The bakelite gear lever knob is in good condition with no cracks or breakages. This model is equipped with “aviation”-type seat belts in colour “Black”. The “Black” carpets are in very good condition, with no signs of wear or fading. Among the interesting “interior” equipment fitted to this example we noted: the MOTOROLA radio, the 3-spoke wooden steering wheel and the “aviation”-type seat belts in colour “Black”. Chassis: Putting it up on the ramp confirms a sound body with no apparent structural corrosion. The fundamentals: body shell, floors, “Eiffel Tower” panel, sills, lower wings, wheelarches and longitudinals are in good condition. We noted a slight dent in the front crossmember. Usability reserve: as a matter of principle, we cannot guarantee the perfection of alignments beyond their good visual and functional condition confirmed during the road test and when inspected on the ramp.
