The Appeal

Known for their range of compact cars, Autobianchi was created by Pirelli, Fiat and Bianchi as a testbed for new technologies and model concepts. Priced higher than contemporary Fiats, Autobianchis were seen as a premium alternative and remain very fashionable classics.
Here we have a 1966 110FB/1 Bianchina Special which we’re informed is one of only around 4,000 ever made. Supplied new to Rome, it has since had just two further owners. Restored some years ago and still in fantastic overall condition, this rare and well-preserved little car is utterly charming and sure to be of great interest to collectors. Complete with its original engine which continues to run well thanks to continued maintenance, the Bianchina reportedly runs very well and drives exactly as it should.
