Here I have my 1. 6 Calypso with Sunroof which I have driven from new. It has never been restored though it has been touched up over the years. Overall for 36 years old, it is in very good original condition.
First registered 1st July 1982 has my company car through my husband’s business before being reregistered into my own name in 1986. It has always been garaged, taxed and MOT’d every year and over the last 20 years or so it has done a mere 1500 miles. The original service book is stamped up until June 1998 with a mileage of 42, 200 miles and the current mileage is 44, 000. All servicing has been done through the same motor company as required on its annual MOT.
It is all original and never been in any accidents though the rear arches, o/ s bulk head have been touched up many years ago. The front wing tip does have some slight bubbling as does the windscreen O/ S bulk head. Interior is excellent (none smoker) but the rear parcel shelf is cracked with age. All tyres have recently been replaced. Starts easily and drives well. No fluid leaks. Headlamp reflector is showing signs of oxidistation.
I have all the old MOT’s and TAX discs, original operations manual and service book. 12 months MOT, no advisories.
