This very rare media Land Rover was built for Reuters News Reporters in 1990 and it is believed to be one of a kind, fitted with a 3. 5-litre V8 engine and 5 speed manual gearbox. Having seen active service in Afghanistan the sister vehicle is in the Imperial War Museum with extensive war damage. Designed and fitted with air conditioning, radios, communications unit and with special stowage for films and cameras, the Defender sports fully bullet proof doors, windows and body. The window glass was replaced at a cost of £8, 000 in recent years. Running and driving 'VUE' is offered with previously mentioned history and V5C registration document.
