Improving on the excellent TD wasn't easy but this TE is recognisable by its twin headlights and comes with more power and disc brakes all round.
This car left the Works on 18/ 9/ 64 for Cyril Williams Motors of Wolverhampton. First owner being B. R. Bretherton of Epping. Originally in Dark Green and subsequently advertised in 1987 with a white roof the car received extensive bodywork restoration around 2002 and was then re-sprayed its current Malachite metallic green.
With factory fitted power steering and ZF manual gearbox to assist the six cylinder engine and twin SU`s the car produces 130bhp yet surprisingly remains more frugal than its predecessor.
