Description
Porsche 944 S (16-Valve)
This 944 S 16-valve originally hails from "the States" but has been on a Dutch registration since 1993. It has since been fitted with a European instrument cluster (the original is still present), which makes for a much cleaner look in the cockpit. The previous owner even managed to source a set of European bumpers for you; they just need to be painted and mounted.
Condition of the Car
This is simply a clean, straight example! Of course, if you were to give it a professional polish, it would shine even brighter, but it’s certainly not a necessity. The leather shows the kind of "wear and tear" you would expect for its age, but it is far from worn out. In fact, it remains remarkably taut and well-preserved.
The Drive
It’s always a joy to get into a Porsche from this generation—especially that specific sound when you close the door. That famous, solid "thud" greets you every time. Good old times!
Everything feels mechanically sound with this specimen, which isn't surprising given the massive stack of invoices included. This 944 S drives perfectly: the brakes are sharp, and the handling is spot on. It’s a great car that is sure to hold its value.
Maintenance & History
As mentioned, a thick folder of invoices comes with the car, alongside the original owner's manuals and service booklets. And for the true DIY enthusiast: we’ve even included the Haynes Repair Manual.
Recently replaced items include:
