This car is a ground-up restoration/ modification based on an 1969 early-model car, featuring extensive changes including a turbo body, with a 3-litre Carrera engine, the engine completely rebuilt less than 2k miles ago, paired with a 915 5-speed gearbox. The restoration was carried out in 2016 by a Porsche specialist in the northwest, at a cost of 50k, with all receipts and invoices for the car. The engine was fully rebuilt at a cost of 14k in 2016 and has travelled less than 2k since, it would cost nearly twice that now, based on a donor car supplied by the original customer and painted in cobalt blue per customer request. The matching interior was also completed in 2016. It runs on 15" Fuchs/ dage wheels, 11" back and 9" front with brand-new Pirelli P7 tires(£500 each)recent refurbished brake calipers and is servo assisted. No sunroof car so would make a good track/ rally car base. It is rust free and solid underneath.
The car runs and drives very well with no issues at all. Sadly needs to go to only due to lack of use as you can see from the clear mot history which it is exempt from along with RFL.
