After much deliberation I have decided to sell my very pretty 1969 Bristol 410
This is no ordinay 410 - in 2006 it was fitted with a 408 cubic inch or 6. 9-litre chrysler "stroker" small-block engine and performance intake and exhaust system
It goes like the clappers - it also benefits from the later 4-speed auto box (recently overhauled) so high-speed cruising is effortless
Originally silver the car was repainted in the 90s in this smart metallic grey - the paintwork is still perfectly acceptable from a few feet away but very close inspection reveals a few defects
The interior is wonderfully patinated and comfortable - the car has air conditioning which needs a regass and also has a very very expensive Becker Mexico stereo system with integrated bluetooth and satnav
Outside it has Avon Safety wheels and split bumpets which gives it a very modern look
The car also has an intetesting history including appearances on TV and in magazine articles
The underneath is rock solid having had the usual rear end mounting issue resolved by the factory
Not a perfect car but a very good solid usable one with spectacular performance and a great investment for the future
