Notice:
"Interesting project to revive one of the last models of a noble French brand".
A "small" T26 with a 2. 7-liter 4-cylinder engine, allowing Talbot to offer a less expensive model than the T26 while benefiting from the prestige of the Talbot brand and the sporting aura associated with racing success.
We like the lines, directly inspired by the big T26 Profilée, and the Wilson pre-selective gearbox, also inherited from the big sister with its 4. 5-liter 6-cylinder engine.
This model entered the current owner's collection in the 1980s. After 30 years of loyal service, it has been put away to dry.
Good overall condition, with a few body defects, notably on the left rear fender, and a very nice overall patina. Mechanics stopped about ten years ago, easy to restart.
A very interesting project for a DIY enthusiast in search of a beautiful French tourer!
