Description
Fiat Dino Coupé 2000, 1969, designed by the great Giorgetto Giugiaro when he was working for coachbuilder Bertone in the 1960s.
It is equipped with the famous Ferrari V6 engine, 2-litre aluminium DOHC, high-revving, fitted with three Weber double-barrel carburettors and developing 165 hp, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox.
This fantastic Ferrari Dino V6 engine, with its redline between 8, 000 and 9, 000 rpm, was designed by Ferrari and produced by Fiat in order to reach the production volumes necessary for Ferrari’s homologation of the engine for Formula 2 and the Dino 206 S prototype, entered in the 2-litre category.
The odometer reads 54, 000 km. The car is in excellent condition, with no rust.
The chassis is also in very good condition. It sports the loveliest shade in the Dino range: a metallic light blue, with a beige‑grey faux leather interior. It is sold with its old black Italian registration plates, an important detail for potential buyers in Italy. It also has its Greek historic vehicle registration. It is often said of the FIAT DINO that it is a “Ferrari with another name,” a claim that those who have driven it can fully understand.
A very beautiful classic DINO, with impeccable coachwork, few previous owners, low mileage and an exceptional engine note, offered at a very reasonable price considering its quality and beauty: only €48, 900.
Come and admire this magnificent car and its superb metallic light blue colour! For those who wish to enjoy a classic sports car equipped with a Ferrari engine, a safe and lasting investment!
