Description
Just finished restoration of this stunning 1927 Model T Ford Roadster - I imported it from the US 9 years ago.
Originally hot rodded in the 1950s in America so I was told, this original steel roadster sits on a modified Model A chassis.
Powered by a 1952 Oldsmobile Rocket V8, with Hydramatic 4 speed automatic transmission. The same Oldsmobile gave up its stering box, column, wheel and dash gauge cluster. 6 Stromberg 97 carbs sit on a very rare split Cragar inlet. This car is fast.
Open headers make this loud and a lot of fun.
Chopped Model B grille shell, all steel. Original EE&J headlamps, but of course rebuilt.
Rear end is 8" Ford, of unknown 1950s vintage - but completely rebuilt.
This car has been reduced down to bare metal and rebuilt up.
Now a rare opportunity for someone to own a real nostalgic 1950s built hot rod.
