In lovely condition, this much-admired UK car was the subject of a bare-metal restoration by MG specialists in 2007. In addition, a rebuilt, unleaded 1275 Midget engine was fitted which provides a lovely drive.
It has been in the current ownership for the last 4 years and has had regular, dry use. The current MOT expires in July 2014.
The car is completely rust-free and very clean, both underneath, in the cockpit and over the bodywork. In addition, under the bonnet the detailing is excellent and spotless. All panel gaps are correct.
The car was retrimmed inside in black with red piping and the seats, door linings, tonneau and hood are all in immaculate condition. The tonneau is also correctly supported by tonneau bars.
This car has been properly maintained and regularly serviced. The addition of electronic ignition ensures the car starts on the button. A new battery has just been fitted.
This Midget is a reliable starter and a pleasure to drive and comes with a BMI Heritage certificate.
