Description
Very nice MGA with a "Le Mans" look. Mechanically in excellent condition, it is fitted with a 1600cc engine equipped with a weber type 40 DCOM carburettor and a free exhaust system. This gives it a sporty sound that matches the car's look. An electric fan has been added to keep the engine at the right temperature in all circumstances. The four-speed gearbox works well. The bodywork is in very good condition, as is the chassis. No rust is present. The paintwork is in very good condition. A few modifications have been made to give it a sporty look, such as the windscreen which has been removed to fit the two small aero-screens. The grille was modified to fit a long-range headlight and the bumpers were removed. A race-style fuel filler cap, bonnet belts, etc... all contribute to the look. The interior of the car is as it was originally, except for the steering wheel, which has been replaced by a moto lita steering wheel, and the gear knob, which has been replaced by an aluminium one. The soft top roll bar, soft top and side windows come with the car. A tonneau cover is also supplied with the car.
