Early S2, left-hand drive car with lots of S1 features like roand tail-lights, gas filler etc. S2 cars started with VIN # 26/ 3901. This car has VIN # 26/ 3969 (69th made). It still has its original matching number Weber carburated twin cam engine # 2222 . This rare and very original Lotus Elan S2 automobile has been sitting in a garage for more than 30 years. Needs complete restoration. The car is 99% complete. Many Elan S1 and S2 have been converted into full race cars, so an original car like this is getting hard to find.
