Vintage and Prestige Fine Motor Cars are proud to be offering this 1958 Bentley S1 for sale. An automatic Bentley with both air conditioning and power steering. The Bentley S1 was in California for many years and at one time belonged to Mrs. Stallone, grandmother of the eponymous actor Sylvester.
The Bentley S1 has been in a large collection for many years where we sold it previously in Moscow. Upon its return it was sold to the current onwer who recently had the gear box rebuilt at a cost of some £4500 Pounds.
Finished in ‘Midnight Blue’, the Bentley S1 presents very well. To the interior is pale blue\grey leather which is in fine order. The Burr walnut woodwork is likewise very fine. Dark blue carpets complete the ensemble.
Being a six cylinder Bentley the engine is a paragon of smoothness. The brake and accelerator pedals show very little wear giving credence to the indicated mileage of 60, 000. Likewise the Bentley S1 drives in a taut tight manner befitting of a low mileage example.
The Bentley S1 is thus in fine running order & is currenlt undergoing a full service to put it in tip top order ready for its next owners enjoyment.
