1938 Ford model "Y" Tudor (Long Rad) manual gearbox. Resplendent brown with black wings complimented with a tan interior and colour coordinated wire wheels.
This 84 year old Ford was purchased when brand new by a doctor who used the car for his visits during the war clocking up a mere 19000 miles during his ownership. The car still retains the original supplying dealer decal on the dashboard and rear "Please pass running in" sticker in the rear window! The car was then stored for many years finally finding a new owner in 2014 who embarked on a very thorough and detailed photographic restoration completed in 2018. The original panels, tub and radiator cowel were prepared and repainted in the correct colours, the underside was remarkably sound and only needed cleaning and re painting for protection. The interior was fully retrimmed. Although restored the car has been kept as original as possible. Detailed documented history from new.
