Description
The car we have available today is a beautiful 1923 Lancia Lambda 214 short-wheelbase. A genuine collector's piece that is virtually impossible to find, especially the first series.
The car was first registered on 30 September 1923 in Barcelona. It then passed to a second owner in 1940.
The car survived both world wars and was discovered by its third and final owner, a well-known collector of pre-war automobiles, who acquired it in 2018 with the mudguards of later series and a Type 67 engine bearing the initials CGC. A long, sympathetic restoration followed. We have a great many invoices for the work carried out between 2018 and 2022.
This history is nonetheless quite incredible. We currently hold the original period documents, the original photograph showing the registration number, Spanish registration plates, and the car's identification plate, as well as photos taken when the car was purchased, before the restoration.
